I’m Andy

Born and raised in Santa Clarita, I’ve always valued community, hard work, and building lasting relationships. After earning my degree in communications from CSUN, I explored careers in finance and television production before finding my true calling in the mortgage industry in 2002.

Over the past two decades, I’ve consistently ranked as a top producer with both brokerages and direct lenders, growing my business through referrals from family, friends, and trusted real estate partners. My approach is to be personable yet professional — I’m a straight shooter who believes in transparency and communication. I encourage clients to “trust but verify,” because the more they understand, the more confident and comfortable they feel throughout the process.

Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing, or partnering as a real estate professional, my goal is simple: to make financing clear, stress-free, and reliable from start to finish.

Memories preserve the moments that shape us, linking our past, identity, and experiences. They bring comfort, inspire the future, and help us cherish life’s journey and milestones. In every home, memories create warmth and belonging beyond any mortgage or house.

My Story

When I set out to name my company, I wanted it to reflect not only what I do, but also why I do it. That’s why I chose Meadowcreek Mortgage Lending Services. A bit of a mouthful, maybe—but I wanted it to be clear that my focus is mortgages, not general loans. And “Meadowcreek” holds deep personal meaning: it’s the name of the street where my wife and I bought our very first home.

I was just 25 years old then, starting out in my career. To be honest, buying that first home was intimidating. The mortgage payment felt huge, and I had plenty of doubts. It took a lot of encouragement from my wife to make that leap. Looking back, I’m so grateful we did. We lived in that home for 10 years, and it became more than just a house—it became the foundation for our future.

I often tell my clients that their first home can eventually become their first rental. That’s exactly what happened for us. Today—31 years later—my oldest son and his wife live in that same Meadowcreek home, and now our grandson is being raised there. Watching him play in the same spaces my kids once did brings me incredible joy, and it reminds me how important that first decision was, even when it felt overwhelming at the time.
